ARIAM supports Members’ efforts to safeguard the creative and informational assets at the center of their businesses. As AI technologies evolve, longstanding assumptions about how content is used have been completely upended, creating uncertainty for companies that rely on clear rights and predictable rules. Tech Companies also seek to control the narrative and the active debates.
Many Member companies are now navigating new questions at once: how their content is being used in AI systems, what that means for their rights, and how best to respond in a shifting landscape. ARIAM exists to help Members make sense of this moment — offering clarity, guidance, and practical support so companies can understand what’s happening, evaluate their options, and protect the value of the work they create and manage.
Protection also means giving Members the support they need to enforce their rights. ARIAM does not intend to file lawsuits in its own name; instead, we will help Members pursue their own enforcement strategies by sharing intelligence, surfacing common patterns of infringement, mapping technical misuse, coordinating expert resources, and developing shared frameworks that strengthen individual claims.
The goal is simple: to make sure every Member is equipped to protect what they’ve created — and to ensure the future of AI is built on respect for the people and companies who make the world’s content.
